Focus and Scope

Purushartha is a bi-annual publication of School of Management Sciences, Varanasi, India through its especially created oriental research wing, Centre for Spiritualism and Human Enrichment (est. in 2003). It aims to synchronise the classical and oriental wisdom and postulations with the modern practices and expectations of the professional world in a pragmatic way leading to the creation of wholesome knowledge in the relevant academic arena in order to enrich the social life in a more meaningful manner historically. The journal further strives to re-establish the landslide say of the Indian ethos within the managerial epistemology worldwide.
