Guidelines for Paper Submission
Editorial Policy (Part I)
PLANNER provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and experiences among library communities throughout the world. The editors will receive contributions from all parts of the world. Criteria for acceptance will be appropriateness and its relevance to the Theme and sub-themes. Only papers not previously published will be accepted. Acceptance or otherwise will be at the discretion of the Editorial Committee. Completed papers will be required and information regarding these will be forwarded with the acceptance letter from the Convener of the PLANNER-2007 to the authors. However editors are requested to intimate to the authors about the receipt of the papers. In case of the paper is not up to the standard, only abstract can be included in the proceedings.

II)
Submission
of paper:
Authors
are required to submit their papers either through email or
floppy to the respective editors, which is given on the PLANNER
broachers. Please observe the following format for the article:
Layout
and Font Sizes
Use
11-point type for the name(s) of the author(s) and 10-point type
for the address(es) and the
abstract. For the main text, please use 11-point type and
single-line spacing. We recommend using Times New Roman
fonts
Headings
Headings
should be capitalized (i.e., nouns, verbs, and all other words
except articles, prepositions, and conjunctions should be set
with an initial capital) and should be aligned to the left, with
the exception of the title of the article.

Title
page:
Paper should begin with the title of the article, author's name
and complete address from which the communication with
email address. In the case of co-authors, respective addresses
should be clearly indicated.
Abstract:
All
papers must be supplied with an abstract. Abstract should
not exceed 150 words and must be in Times New Roman 10
point with single line spacing. The abstract should be concise,
and complete in itself without reference to the body of the
paper. Include purpose, methodology, results, and conclusions
where applicable.
Keywords:
Article should have at least five suitable keywords suitable
Author
Biography: Brief
biography along with passport size photographs of the author on
the bottom of paper is compulsory. Biography should not exceed
50 words.
References: References to published material should be identified in the text by Arabic numerals in square brackets. References should appear at the end of the paper as endnotes (rather than footnotes) under the heading REFERENCES. Within the text, the citation style should appear as follows:

should be typed at the end of the paper in numerical order.
