Information and Library Network (INFLIBNET) Centre, Gandhinagar is an Autonomous Inter-University Centre (IUC) of University Grants Commission (UGC) of India. It is a major National Programme initiated by the UGC in March 1991.
INFLIBNET Centre under aegis of MHRD is providing Plagiarism Detection Software (URKUND) to Universities and Institutions (i.e. CFTIs and other institutes of National Importance).

Consortium for Higher Education Electronics Resources An initiative by MHRD. Provides access to e-resources (15,000+ full-text journals from 25 publishers, 5 bibliographic databases, 2 legal databases, 4 factual databases and one standards database) to Universities, Colleges and Centrally Funded Technical Institutions in INDIA.
Shodhganga provides a platform for research students to deposit their Ph.D. theses and make it available to the entire scholarly community in open access. The repository has the ability to capture, index, store, disseminate and preserve ETDs submitted by the researchers.
Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India was to provide Plagiarism Detection Software to all Indian Universities/Institutions including Central Universities, State Universities, Deemed to be Universities, Private Universities, Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), Institute of National importance (INIs), Inter University Centres of UGC (IUCs). The INFLIBNET Centre is a nodal agency to execute the project/initiative under the aegis of MHRD.
e-PG Pathshala is an initiative of the MHRD under its National Mission on Education through ICT (NME-ICT) executed by the UGC. The development & maintenance of portal and administrative responsibilities are assigned to the INFLIBNET Centre. More than 23000+ e-modules developed among 70 subjects or 700+ courses.

Vidya-mitra is an online learning portal for all the e-content projects.
